Same quality of food as expected of an Applebee's but what gives this place 5 stars was the service. We arrived with 17 people and Chelsea took care of us with tact and grace. No issues at all.

Delicious food, great service. But what brings the rating to 5 stars is the way management handles errors when they arise. When I sent my order back the manager came directly to my table and offered to make it right, without my having to complain at all. We'll definitely keep coming to this Applebee's! :)

My favorite part about this place is the food mostly during the daytime. Their cooks put so much into making the meals there I love it. My favorite place to go to eat.

My rating is more guided from the food at Applebees rather than the service. The service was to be expected- pleasant. The food, however, almost always tastes like it came out of a freezer, the options for vegetarian are all pasta/deep fried and is over-priced for what you recieve. We only came to Applebees because it was the only other option for our group at the time. Making it a personal mission to never visit Applebees again.
